You can join Milkly Mail at any time on your journey, your first box will include your current monthly milestone. The subscription will match your ongoing journey. You can purchase any previous months separately (these will be shipped separately to your subscription box).
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We have a 60-minute grace period for adjustments, but this cannot be guaranteed during busy seasons.
You must be signed up by the 20th of each month to be included within the next shipping (at the end of the month)! <3
Yes, all of our sub boxes are Royal Mail Large Letter-sized, able to fit through a standard letterbox.
All boxes are shipped between the 25th-end of the month. You will be notified when your box has been shipped with a tracking number.
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery usually takes 2 working days to be delivered. You will be provided the tracking number.
