MILKLY MAIL CLUB

1. Milkly Mail Club – Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription payments for Milkly Mail Club are treated differently to one-off product purchases. When you join Milkly Mail Club, you agree to be billed monthly until you choose to cancel.

2. Cancellation:
• You can cancel your Milkly Mail Club subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges, but you will still receive any mailed items already scheduled for that billing period.

3. Refunds & Cooling-Off Period:
• If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be entitled to a refund under UK distance selling law, provided you have not yet received material that has already been mailed. (You do not need to return letters already posted.)
• After 14 days from the first payment is taken, subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is fully processed for that monthly period, we do not issue refunds for that period.

 

Letters already sent or received cannot be returned for a refund.
