Delivery Address
If you wish to amend the delivery address, you may do so within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
Shipping
Milkly Letters include shipping as part of your purchase. Milkly Boxes shipping charge is £2 per box.
Posted Monthly
Each Milkly Mail letter is posted between the 1st and 5th of the month. To receive mail in a given month, please sign up before the 25th of the previous month. (If you join after the 25th, your first Milkly Mail will be sent in the following month.)
How It’s Sent
Milkly Mail is posted via Royal Mail Second Class directly to your letterbox — no need to be in when it arrives.
UK-Only Delivery
At this time, Milkly Mail Club is shipped within the UK only. If you’re outside the UK and would like assistance, please contact our team — we’re happy to help!
Address Changes
If your address changes after signing up, make sure you update it in your subscription portal before the next billing cycle so you receive your month’s mail at the correct address.
