Return & Refund Window:
Firstly, email Sales@milklyclub.com to let us know of your return/refund request, within 14 days of receiving your order. The item/s must be returned to us within 28 days of first receiving them. Refunds cannot be authorised if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if you have inputted personalisation incorrectly.
Packaging Conditions:
Secondly, your item must be repacked in the original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. Please ensure your order name and number is included within the returned package.
Restocking Fees:
Thirdly, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns if a handwritten message has been included.
Shipping Costs:
Fourthly, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer as the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a safe and secure return method such as Tracked Shipping. Returned Items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Once Received:
Finally, if a return has been accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
After 28 Days:
Please note, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 28 days from the date of delivery.
