Welcome to Milkly Club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and subscription services, including Milky Mail Club Boxes. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms
All orders and subscriptions are subject to availability and confirmation of price. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. By using our site, you confirm that you are over 18 and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Milky Mail Club – Subscription Service
Milky Mail Club is a monthly subscription delivering letterbox-friendly mail, including written reflections, journal inserts, and milestone recognition designed to support and celebrate your breastfeeding journey.

2.1 Subscription Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your initial sign-up. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. Payment is taken in advance of each delivery cycle.

2.2 Delivery
All Mail Club items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class within the UK. Boxes/letters are dispatched between the 1st and 5th of each month. To receive your first delivery, you must subscribe before the 25th of the previous month. Shipping costs are included in your subscription price. Milkly Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles only. Once an item has been dispatched for the current month, it is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and your first item has not yet been sent, you may be eligible for a refund in line with UK consumer law.

2.4 Personalisation & Customer Content
Milky Mail Club may personalise your deliveries based on information you provide, including your breastfeeding stage or milestones. If you choose to submit a personal story, reflection, or message:

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your account details, including delivery address, are accurate and up to date.
Milkly Club cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Privacy & Data Use
We collect and use personal data (such as name, address, email, and subscription details) solely to provide and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties. Information may be shared with trusted providers (such as payment processors and delivery services) only where necessary to fulfil your order.

5. Limitation of Liability
Milkly Club is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party services, including postal providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
